In a promotional video for the upcoming film Good Newwz, actors Akshay Kumar and Diljit Dosanjh underwent a "labour pain" test. In a video shared by Kumar on Instagram, the actors strap themselves to electronic contraptions that simulate the labour pain that pregnant women undergo in contractions. The duo can be seen visibly grimacing in pain.
Directed by Raj Mehta, Good Newwz is about two couples with the same surnames who pursue in-vitro fertilisation and wait for their babies. Trouble follows when they find that the sperms have been accidentally switched with each other. The film, which hits the screens on December 27, also stars Kareena Kapoor Khan. The film is produced by Dharma Productions and Cape Of Good Films.
