TV actor Nalini Negi, who shot to fame with her role in the television series Naamkaran, has filed an FIR against her roommate Preeti Rana and her mother Snehalata Rana, accusing the duo of physically assaulting her.
According to media reports, the actor claimed that the incident took place a few days ago when she asked her roommate and her mother to vacate the house as she was expecting her parents to visit her.
Negi and Rana used to be staying together until a few years ago, but the former moved out and started staying alone in an apartment in Oshiwara, Mumbai. When Rena was unable to find a place of her own, she requested Negi if she could stay with her for some time and figure things out. Negi said she agreed to the request as she was staying in a 2bhk apartment and her parents were out of town.
The actor told spotboyE, an entertainment portal, that Rana's mother too started staying with her after she told Rana that she needs to move out as Negi's parents will be in town soon. She said her roommate's mother began arguing with her one day last week and started using abusive language. Negi said Rana too began to yell at her after her mother told her that Negi was talking to her without respect.
Nego said the duo physically attacked her and "almost killed" her. She also said the two were attacking her with the intention of ruining her face.
