Aurum Proptech posts Rs 16 cr profit in Q4 revenue surges to Rs 132 cr

New Delhi, Apr 23 (PTI) Realty firm Aurum PropTech Ltd on Thursday reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 16.44 crore for March quarter FY26.     
    The company had incurred a net loss of Rs 9.87 crore in the year-ago period.
    Total income rose to Rs 132.03 crore during the fourth quarter of 2025-26 fiscal from Rs 75.32 crore a year ago, according to a regulatory filing.
    During the last fiscal year, the company's profit stood at Rs 72 lakh as against a net loss of Rs 41.22 crore in 2024-25. Total income almost doubled to to Rs 412.43 crore from Rs 273.66 crore.
    Aurum PropTech owns and operates NestAway, HelloWorld, Aurum Analytica, Sell.do, and PropTiger - spanning rentals, coliving, data analytics, sales automation, and digital transactions.
    Executive Director Onkar Shetye said: "FY26 marks a defining year for Aurum PropTech, as we scaled beyond Rs 500 crore ARR (average run rate). This growth was underpinned by robust unit economics, resulting in two consecutive quarters of profitability."
    During the last fiscal year, he said the company strengthened its platform through the strategic acquisition of housing brokerage firm PropTiger, deepened its distribution capabilities with continued AI-led innovation at Sell.do, and expanded Aurum Analytica's geographic footprint.
    Shetye said the company's rental businesses 'HelloWorld and NestAway' continued to demonstrate resilience and sustained margin expansion, reinforcing the stability of the operating model.
    "On the capital side, securing the SM REIT licence marks a significant step forward as we build a differentiated, compliant, and scalable real estate investment platform," he said.
