FarEye sees strong biz growth momentum driven by AI adoption by postal operators globally

New Delhi, Mar 15 (PTI) Software-as-a-service firm FarEye is witnessing strong growth momentum from postal operators globally as they modernize for the next phase of parcel, e-commerce and cross-border logistics, a senior official of the company has said.
The company is operational with seven national postal operators across EMEA (Europe, the Middle East and Asia) and APAC (Asia Pacific), and is engaged with over 15 postal operators globally in advanced discussions.
FarEye, Chief Business Officer, Suryansh Jalan told PTI that the postal sector has emerged as a strategically important international growth segment with meaningful multi-year expansion potential, with its overseas client recording up to 95 per cent improvement in performance.
"Our AI technology is being embraced overseas with customers reporting up to 95 per cent improvement in performance," he said, adding that adoption of its AI technology by overseas postal departments is building strong growth momentum for the company.
Jalan said that the company's postal partnerships are typically long-term modernization relationships rather than one-off projects.
FarEye clients include Slovenia Post, POS Malaysia, Australia's CouriersPlease (a subsidiary of Singapore Post), Posti Finland, PostNL, Emirates Post, and Oman Post.
"FarEye has partnered with large postal and parcel operators globally to enable unified orchestration across complex national networks. Rather than replacing infrastructure, the platform acts as a real-time decision layer across depots, routes, lockers, and agents," Jalan said.
The company reported Rs 197.5 crore in revenue in FY24-25, up 25.9 per cent year-on-year, while operational profit (EBIDTA) improved 57 per cent over the same period, Jalan said, adding that in FY25-26, the company is expected to post even further accelerated growth and EBITDA improvement.
