Machelle Hobson, a 48-year-old mother from Arizona, US, who earned thousands of dollars from her "Fantastic Adventures" videos, which featured her seven children died.

Hobson was arrested in March for child abuse after her adult biological daughter reported her actions to the Maricopa Police Department. She suffered a brain injury while in prison and her health had worsened a week ago. Hobson had stopped eating or taking medicines.
Hobson had allegedly mistreated her adopted children. A boy said that he was beaten with a belt and a hanger and his genitals had been pinched hard by Hobson. A girl said that Hobson sprayed pepper spray on her private parts.
The children in the age from 3 to 15 years old, as well as adults were found to be malnourished and had dark circles under their eyes. They were punished if they did not remember lines for the videos.
None of the kids had attended school in years. Hobson's YouTube show garnered nearly 800,000 subscribers and hundreds of millions of views.
Hobson was in police custody for many months on $200,000 bond. But, was released in June without bond because of health complications.
She was due to go on trial after being treated.
