Pakistan skipper Sarfaraz Ahmed has been facing a lot of criticism and social media hatred, ever since his team's loss to India during the ICC World Cup match. With fans continuing to criticise him, a viral video shows a Pakistan fan body-shaming the Pakistan captain, in front of his son.

In the video, a man asks Sarfaraz to pose for a selfie in a mall in England. Though Sarfaraz obliged to the request, the man is seen abusing him, calling him 'fat like a pig'. As Sarfaraz maintained composure and walked away with his son, the man continued to criticise him.

Sarfaraz, who was seen yawning during the India-Pakistan match, has been at the receiving end of a lot of abuse with his team's fitness levels being questioned. Former pacer Shoaib Akhtar had also slammed Sarfaraz's 'brainless captaincy' after Pakistan's humiliating 89-run loss to India in the World Cup. Shireen Mazari, Pakistan Minister for Human Rights, had tweeted that the team were a “bunch of stragglers disconnected and led by a yawning captain”. Several Pakistani social media users had also circulated videos and photos showing Pakistan batsman Shoaib Malik and his wife, Indian tennis star Sania Mirza, purportedly at a sheesha (hookah) bar at night before the match against India.
