Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu on Sunday posted a video on his official X account, mocking claims about his death in an Iranian airstrike and his allegedly AI-generated six-fingered hand in a previous video.

The new video, captioned "I'm what?", shows Netanyahu at a coffee shop, where he sips a coffee and speaks to someone off-screen asking him questions.

"I'm dead ... for coffee," he quipped, dismissing conspiracy theories that he had died in an Iranian airstrike, and emphasising his love (to the death) for coffee.

Praising the people of Israel, he added that "we are doing things that hit Iran very hard today as well, and in Lebanon, we continue".

The Israeli PM also held up his hands in the video, one after the other, counting five fingers on each one—another jibe at viral claims that a video of his first public appearance—since an Iranian airstrike allegedly killed him—was AI generated.

Netanyahu's office also dismissed claims of his death on Saturday, officially declaring that the rumours are "fake news; the Prime Minister is fine".

However, the Israeli PM's new viral video also comes just hours after the Iran Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) on Sunday vowed to assassinate him.

"If this child-killing criminal is alive, we will continue to pursue and kill him," the IRGC had said on its official outlet, Sepah News.

The threats also come days after Netanyahu's scathing remark against Iran's new Supreme Leader Mojtaba Khamenei, who took over the role after the assassination of his father, Ali Khamenei—one of the most significant casualties of the war between Tehran and US-Israel forces.

"I wouldn't issue life insurance policies on any of the leaders of the terrorist organisations," he said at a press conference on Thursday, when asked if Israel would target Mojtaba.
