IDBI Bank has released notification for the recruitment of Junior Assistant Managers. The recruitment is for a total of 500 vacancies. Interested candidates can apply online until February 26, 2024. The selection process will include an online test and an interview .
Eligibility criteria: To be eligible for the Junior Assistant Manager position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university or institution.
Computer knowledge is required.
Preference will be given to candidates who know the local language.
Age should be between 20 and 25 years as of January 31, 2024.
Upper age relaxation is 5 years for SC, 3 years for OBC, and 10 years for SC.
The selection process for the Junior Assistant Manager position will consist of an online test and an interview. The online test will cover topics such as logical reasoning, data analysis and interpretation, English language, quantitative aptitude, and general/economy/banking awareness.
Selected candidates will undergo a one-year Post Graduate Diploma in Banking and Finance (PGDBF) course. The course will be conducted at Manipal Global Education, Bengaluru, and Nite Education International, Noida. After successful completion of the course, candidates will be appointed as Junior Assistant Managers (Grade O).
Upon joining as Junior Assistant Managers, candidates can expect a compensation (CTC) ranging between Rs 6.14 lakh to Rs 6.50 lakh for candidates posted in Class A cities. They will also be eligible for various benefits such as travel allowance, halting allowance, local conveyance allowance, subsidized lunch facility, and visiting officer facility .
