Union Minister Hardeep Singh Puri on Saturday lashed out at Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) chairman Bilawal Bhutto over his provocative remarks on India’s decision to suspend the Indus Water Treaty.
“Enough is enough,” Puri said and warned that India’s patience had worn thin.
"Tell him to get his mental condition checked, what kind of statements he is giving. Enough is enough...We will no longer tolerate this. Now wait for a few days," the Union minister further said.

On Friday, slamming India’s decision to suspend the Indus Water Treaty with Pakistan after the deadly terror attack in Pahalgam, Bhutto threatened that “either water or your blood will flow from Indus”.
Addressing a public meeting in Sukkur, Bhutto said Pakistanis would stand united against India’s “aggression” on the Indus River.
The Modi government is unilaterally suspending the Indus Water Treaty...but I want to stand by the Indus River in Sukkur and give a clear message to India that the Indus River is ours and will remain ours.
Bhutto’s remarks came amid heightened tension between the two countries after India took a series of diplomatic measures against Pakistan following the Pahalgam attack. Besides the suspension of water treaty, New Delhi has closed the Attari border, reduced the strength of diplomatic missions, and cancelled the visa of Pakistani nationals staying in India.
India alleged the role Pakistan-based terrorists in the attack in which 26 people, mostly, tourists were killed in the scenic town in Anantnag district.
