February should be an exciting time for fans of Salman Khan's Tere Naam, Shah Rukh Khan's Devdas and Mani Ratnam's Yuva as these three iconic films are gearing up for re-release in theatres courtesy of PVR INOX. The multiplex chain released an official update on the release schedule. It's been a little over two decades since all three movies opened in theatres.

First on the list is Devdas, slated for re-release on Feb 6, followed by Yuva on Feb 20, and Tere Naam on Feb 27.

Tere Naam is a tragic romantic drama directed by Satish Kaushik. Salman Khan's Radhe Mohan, a character that enjoys an iconic status, has Bhumika Chawla as the female lead. Himesh Reshammiya's soundtrack was a blockbuster, complementing the film's emotionally charged storytelling.

Directed and produced by Sanjay Leela Bhansali, Devdas is a glorious adaptation of Sarat Chandra Chattopadhyay’s novel of the same name. Headlined by Shah Rukh Khan as Devdas, Aishwarya Rai as Paro, and Madhuri Dixit as Chandramukhi, the stunningly mounted musical epic has music by Ismail Darbar and lavish cinematography by Binod Pradhan.

Mani Ratnam's Yuva is a political thriller starring a stellar ensemble comprising Ajay Devgn, Abhishek Bachchan, Vivek Oberoi, Rani Mukerji, Kareena Kapoor, and Esha Deol. The music by A. R. Rahman was a chartbuster and continues to be a favourite addition in everyone's playlists. The Tamil version, titled Aayutha Ezhuthu, was led by Suriya, R Madhavan and Siddarth, with the main trio of female characters played by Trisha, Meera Jasmine and Esha Deol. However, this version is unlikely to be re-released alongside the Hindi version.
