Maruti Suzuki has officially launched the highly anticipated Jimny 5-door off-roader in India, bringing excitement to the SUV market. The starting price for this rugged vehicle is set at Rs 12.74 lakh (ex-showroom), making it an enticing option for adventure enthusiasts.
Built on a robust ladder-frame chassis, the Maruti Suzuki Jimny boasts a 3-link rigid axle suspension, ensuring excellent off-road capabilities. This versatile SUV offers two transmission options: a 5-speed manual and a 4-speed automatic. The manual variant achieves a fuel efficiency of 16.94 kmpl, while the automatic variant delivers 16.39 kmpl.
Customers can choose from four variants of the Maruti Suzuki Jimny, each offering its own set of features and options. The base model is the Zeta, priced at Rs 12.74 lakh for the manual transmission and Rs 13.94 lakh for the automatic transmission. The Alpha variant, which is the top-of-the-line offering, is available at Rs 13.69 lakh for the manual transmission and Rs 14.89 lakh for the automatic transmission.
Maruti Suzuki is making the Jimny available for purchase through its Nexa outlets, which are known for offering a premium buying experience. Alongside the Jimny, Nexa dealerships also showcase popular models such as the Ignis, Baleno, Ciaz, XL6, Fronx, and Grand Vitara.
