ICICI Lombard launches service to reach car customers in 30 mins in case of breakdown

Mumbai, May 21 (PTI) ICICI Lombard on Thursday launched a service promising to reach private car customers in 30 minutes for help in cases of breakdowns.
     The 'Service Assure' facility is available in Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune and Ahmedabad, as per an official statement.

            
                     
    
     Rapido ties up with Maharashtra to boost digital citizen outreach
     * Mobility platform Rapido on Thursday announced a tie-up with Maharashtra to strengthen captain verification and digital citizen outreach across the state.
     The company has signed a memorandum of understanding with Maharashtra Information Technology Corporation Limited (MahaIT), which focuses on citizen awareness, digital inclusion, captain verification and last-mile dissemination of government digital initiatives.

                     

    
     AKAH joins hands with MahaIT to help destitutes against climate change
     * The Aga Khan Agency for Habitat India (AKAH) on Thursday announced a tie-up with Maharashtra for helping the destitutes against climate change.
     It signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Maharashtra Information Technology Corporation Ltd (MahalT) to enable the agency to further scale habitat improvement and build the resilience of vulnerable communities against heat, drought and flood as well as other impacts of climate change, as per a statement.

                    
    
     Credit Saison raises USD 500 mn debt
     * Non-bank lender Credit Saison on Thursday said it has raised USD 500 million debt through the external commercial borrowing route.
     The Asian Development Bank (ADB) also participated in the multi-currency syndication, which also saw participation from Axis Bank, CTBC Bank, DBS Bank, Mizuho Bank, and State Bank of India, as per a statement.

     * The Essel Group on Thursday said it has completed 100 years.
     The group, which has a presence in media, home entertainment, amusement park, content distribution, packaging, real estate, infrastructure, education, finance, technology and tourism sectors now, started out from Adampur in 1926, it said in a statement.
