The iPhone 17 series is expected to launch globally between September 9-13.
The series will have 4 models: the iPhone 17, iPhone 17 Air (an ultra-thin replacement for the 'Plus' series), iPhone 17 Pro, and the iPhone 17 Pro Max).
The base model is expected to cost ₹80,000, with the Pro variants going well above ₹1,25,000, as per estimates from previous launch prices and leaks.
All 4 variants of the iPhone 17 series are expected to get ProMotion OLED display technology with a 120 Hz refresh rate, brighter HDR, and more power efficiency.
The iPhone 17 Pro variants are expected to get the A19 Pro Chip, which promises faster performance, AI-driven optimisation, and better battery efficiency.
Apple is said to be working on an updated 24 MP front-facing camera with a six-element lens for its models. In addition, the iPhone 17 Pro Max could get an upgraded 48 MP telephoto lens, while the iPhone 17 Air is expected to get a single-lens 48 MP rear camera.
Slimmer bezels, a new titanium finish, and color options of black, silver, gold, and a very light blue (with some reports even suggesting orange for the Pro variants) are expected.
