It has been one year since Matthew Perry left us but he lives through his on-screen presence, especially Chandler on FRIENDS. During his time on the NBC sitcom, his weight varied between 58 kg and 102 kg, Perry once revealed.
Perry once said when he was seen bulky in the series, he was on alcohol and when he was skinny, he was on drugs.
Recalling the FRIENDS season where he flaunts a goatee beard, Chandler once said he was on lots of pills at that time.
Perry once revealed that in FRIENDS Season 6 end, he is wearing the same clothes he wore in Season 7 beginning. But he lost 22 kg between the two episodes.
Perry said he became thin during the beginning of FRIENDS Season 7 due to opioids and he had been to rehab at least 15 times.
