Ukraine worried?

Not everything is in favour of Kyiv, as Russia may get to keep some of the annexed regions as part of a peace deal.

Battlefields:

The four Ukrainian regions of Donetsk, Luhansk, Zaporizhzhia and Kherson were annexed by Russia in 2023.

Trump is almost certain that...

...Ukraine should give up on getting back Crimea, which Russia annexed in 2014.

NO-NATO?

Ukraine should agree to Moscow's demand to never join the NATO alliance.

Disputed regions:

Donetsk: Intense fighting is going on, but selective counter-offensives and strengthened defence lines have helped Kyiv to ensure Russia cannot take the region completely.

Luhansk:

Almost fully under Russian control.

Zaporizhzhia:

The Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant (ZNPP) remains under Russian control and has been a central point of concern. Ukraine is focused on delaying Russian advances through fortified positions within the city limits.

Kherson:

Geography continues to be a barrier for Russia. The main city and the right bank of the Dnipro River remain under Ukrainian control.
