Sprawled across a 67 lakh square feet, the office complex is a G+15 floor building with two basements.
With nine towers and over 4,700 merchant offices ranging from 300 sqft to 1.15 lakh sqft, the mega structure is built on a plot of 35.54 acres in the DREAM City.
The Diamond Bourse is expected to give direct employment to 1.5 lakh people.
The Rs 3,200 crore office complex will also have 27 retail diamond jewellery outlets. It will have 4,000 CCTV cameras and 131 lifts.
The thematic landscaping in the complex is based on panchtatva theme, comprising the five elements of nature – air, water, fire, earth, and sky.
