Theresa May says ‘highly likely’ Russia responsible for poisoning of ex-spy

British Prime Minister Theresa May on Monday that it was “highly likely” that Moscow was responsible for the poisoning of a former Russian spy Sergei Skripal and his daughter Yulia in the southern English city of Salisbury.
