Pandya and Dhoni play two Bhojpuri men who are watching an India international match, perched on a tree outside the stadium. Dhoni plays “Bittu bhai”, who is a fan of Pandya, while Pandya’s character admires “Mahi”.
Dhoni seems a bit stiff, but Pandya nails the Bhojpuri mannerisms. The lingo and strong accent are hilarious and they pull off the roles convincingly. Gone are the days when cricketers were awkward in front of the camera!
