UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson will soon wed his pregnant fiancee Carrie Symonds. While it might not be unusual for world leaders or celebrities in general to marry multiple times, this is the first time we have a thrice-married President of the US and a thrice-married PM of United Kingdom at the same time.
Johnson, whose marriage to the second wife ended soon after his affair with Symonds became public, proposed to Symonds last December. Like Game of Thrones star Lena Headey implied when Johnson replaced Theresa May, Trump and Johnson could be similar in more ways than one.
Much-like his US counterpart, Johnson is known to be a playboy. Johnson married his first wife Allegra Mostyn-Owen, whom he met when both of them were students at Oxford. They got married in 1987 and got divorced in 1993.
In May 1993, Johnson married high-flying lawyer Marina Wheeler, who was pregnant with the couple's first child at the time of their marriage. The couple stayed married for 25 years and finalised their divorce in 2018 when his affair with Symonds came to light. They have four children together.
While married to Marina, he is said to have had a few affairs. One of them was society writer Petronella Wyatt, whom he romanced when he was editor of The Spectator. Wyatt is said to have become pregnant by Johnson and said that she suffered a miscarriage. At the Johnson had an affair with Wyatt, he also was having an affair with Anna Fazackerly, another journalist. But this was never proved. He is also said to have had an affair with arts consultant Helen Macintyre. He is also said to have fathered a child with Helena but is said not to be in contact with the child.
