A video of wheelchair-bound Indian vlogger Kunjan being hugged by Brazilian star Neymar in Qatar has gone viral.

Ummer Farooq, popularly known as Kunjan, was waiting near the entrance of the field at the 974 stadium, when Brazilian and South Korean players were leaving after the warm-up session ahead of their round of 16 clash. The officials had instructed the fans not to call out to the players on the way to the dressing rooms. But Kunjan could not contain his excitement when he saw Neymar and called out his name. The Brazilian talisman came up to him, shook hands and hugged him.

Richarlison and several other Brazilian players, too, hugged him, but Kunjan could not get the attention of Thiago Silva and Vinicius Jr as they passed by.

Kunjan, who is from Perinthalmanna in Kerala, shared the precious moments on his vlog called 'Walk with Kunjan'.

When he arrived in Qatar with his friends Shabib and Abhilash, all he wanted was to somehow take selfies with the stars, Neymar, Messi and Ronaldo, and others. He was able to watch 10 matches in Qatar, including two of Brazil, with the help of some friends and organisations.

Kunjan, who arrived in Qatar on November 14, went to the hotel where the Brazilian team was staying, but could not see his heroes due to restrictions.

Kunjan was also able to take part in the national anthem ceremony. He also thanked the Sheikh of Qatar and the FIFA for giving him and a wheelchair-bound Qatari girl such a great opportunity.
