A brilliant goal from David Williams helped ATK Mohun Bagan end Bengaluru FC's unbeaten run, beating the Blues 1-0 at the Fatorda Stadium on Monday.
Williams scored the only goal of the match in the first half in the 33rd minute. The Australian forward controlled a long ball from Carl McHugh with a superb first touch before skipping away from a couple of defenders near the edge of the box and firing a powerful shot past Bengaluru FC goalkeeper Gurpreet Singh Sandhu.
With today's win, ATK Mohun Bagan moved level on points with table-toppers Mumbai City FC on 16 points. Bengaluru FC, meanwhile remained in the third position.
