Social media has seen several amusing, bizarre and unique challenges over the years—be it the ice-bucket challenge, or planking, or mannequin challenge. What makes it even more special is when celebrities, too, join in the fun.

One such challenge that has caught everybody's imagination currently, is the toilet paper challenge, where the person has to take 10 touches with a roll of toilet paper. Expectedly, it has become a huge rage among footballers across the globe.

Former Spanish and Barcelona star Xavi is one of the latest footballers to take up the challenge. In an Instagram video story, the star midfielder is seen completing the challenge in the garden at his home in Qatar, with ease.

He has nominated his one-time Barca teammates Lionel Messi and Sergio Busquets to take up the toilet paper challenge.

Xavi was associated with Barcelona for more than two decades, starting with their youth team. He formed a formidable midfield pair with Andres Iniesta for both Barcelona and for Spain.

Interestingly, the club had approached Xavi to take over as the manager from Ernesto Valverde. But he turned down the offer, saying he needed more time to make a decision. Barcelona finally replaced Valverde with Quique Setien.

Xavi is currently in charge of the Qatari side, Al-Sadd.
