Cristiano Ronaldo and Novak Djokovic are arguably two of the fittest athletes in their respective fields. It goes without saying that such levels of fitness, athleticism and agility come with regular training.

The two also train together occasionally. On Friday, the Juventus star took to Twitter to share a video of the two hitting the gym and training together. The video was also shared on the Instagram handle of the footballer.

In the video, which has now gone viral, Ronaldo is seen teaching Djokovic his signature leap—a move that he often uses to score goals. The two are seen running together and jumping. Djokovic appears to have fairly mastered the leap and the Juventus forward look impressed. The two are seen smiling and hugging each other at the end of the video.

Ronaldo had recently scored a header, leaping an almost impossible 2.56 metres.

"Teaching Novak Djokovic how to jump!!Was a pleasure to see you and train with you my friend!!" Ronaldo captioned the video. The video has been liked and shared by millions of his followers.

Ronaldo and Djokovic aren't just gym buddies, they are also friends. Ronaldo was spotted at some of Djokovic's matches, including last year's ATP Tour Finals in London.
