Two militants were killed on Tuesday morning in Budgam during an area domination operation.
Both the militants, identified as Abrar Mir and Shahid Sheikh of Pulwama, belonged to Lashkar-eTaiba (LeT) group. “Both had escaped from a recent encounter," Kashmir Police ADGP tweeted.
During the area domination operation, the police and army personnel tried to stop a suspected vehicle. The militants fired from the vehicle and were killed in retaliation.
