Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, on Tuesday, sought to appeal to the patriotic fervor of Bihar voters as he brought up Pakistan, Ayodhya and JNU at an election rally in the poll-bound state.

The UP CM, addressing an election rally in Rohtas district of Bihar, said Pakistan-backed terrorists can no longer enter Kashmir and carry out attacks on Indian soldiers. If they do it, Indian soldiers will enter Pakistan and carry out attacks, he claimed.

Adityanath further said the slogan 'Bharat tere tukde honge' won't be raised in JNU (Jawaharlal Nehru University) anymore and there will be only one slogan—Ek Bharat Shrestha Bharat—raised in India under the leadership of Narendra Modi.

The chief minister said 492 years of India's yearning came to end when Prime Minister Narendra Modi laid the foundation stone for the construction of grand Ram temple in Ayodhya on August 5.

Earlier, addressing another rally in Kaimur, he urged people to vote Nitish Kumar back to power to continue his development works.

Launching a scathing attack on the RJD-led opposition alliance, he accused the Congress and RJD of placing the interest of the family first. "So voracious is their hunger that when they were not left with anything else to eat up, they ended up devouring the fodder meant for cattle," he was quoted as saying in an apparent dig at RJD chief Lalu Prasad Yadav.

According to media reports, Adityanath is expected to hold as many as 20 rallies in the poll-bound state in the next few days. Bihar will vote for the 243-member assembly in three phases—October 28, November 3 and November 7. Counting will be held on November 10.
