US President Donald Trump, who is due to arrive in India soon has tweeted in excitement to be in the country in Hindi. 'Hum Bharat aane ke liye tayyar hai, hum raaste me hai, kuch hi ghanton me hum sabse milenge,' Trump wrote. It loosely translates to, 'We are ready for our India trip, we are on our way and will meet everyone in a few hours.'

As hosts, the Centre has pulled all stops to ensure that the President's visit is a smooth one. With Delhi on a race to clean up the Yamuna river and a wall has been constructed to obstruct Trump's view of slums in Ahmedabad, that fall en route the First couple's ride from the airport to the Motera stadium.

Some troublesome primates in the area around the Taj Mahal have been relocated to avoid any 'monkey business' during the president's visit. Indians might be familiar with monkeys loitering around while visiting historical monuments, but, President Trump would certainly not expect rhesus macaques approaching him during his India visit.

Around 500 to 700 of the species that live in and around the monument, which is a symbol of love, are known to harass visitors while hunting for food.

The president has reportedly requested that the visit to the 1632 monument be a private one with only his family. Which means no dignitaries or leaders, including PM Modi, UP CM Yogi Adityanath or Governor Anandiben Patel, will be present while Trump, wife Melania, daughter Ivanka Trump and son-in-law Jared Kushner visit the Taj Mahal.

The Taj Mahal sees approximately seven million visitors each year, but, has been blighted by overcrowding and pollution.
