The sensational Diljit Dosanjh wowed fans and netizens alike by pausing his concert in Düsseldorf, Germany, to pay respects to Ratan Tata, chairman emeritus of Tata Sons. He was performing at the PSD Bank Dome in the city.
The news broke after a fan shared a video clip from the concert, where the singer paid tributes in Punjabi. "You all know Ratan Tata," Dosanjh said. "He died and this is my small tribute to him. I felt necessary to take his name today because all his life, he worked hard." The singer then went on to highlight the fact that Tata was always composed and well-mannered in public. "Whatever I have heard and read of him, I never seen him speak anything wrong about anyone," Dosanjh said.

"This is life, this is how one should be. If there is one thing we can learn from his life, it is that we should work hard, think positive, be helpful and live life to its fullest."
The Düsseldorf stop is part of Dosanjh’s Dil-Luminati European tour. He will be performing at the Ziggo Dome in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, on October 11, followed by a stop at the Unipol Forum in Assago, Italy, on October 15, and at the O2 in London on October 18.
