Bollywood celebrities R. Madhavan, Sonam Kapoor, Malaika Arora, Sonu Sood, Swara Bhasker, and singer Mika Singh expressed their delight over the Bombay High Court granting bail to Aryan Khan, son of superstar Shah Rukh Khan, on Thursday.

Filmmakers Rahul Dholakia, Sudhir Mishra and Sanjay Gupta too hailed the court decision. A single bench of Justice N.W. Sambre also granted bail to his co-accused Arbaaz Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha in the drugs case.

“Thank god. As a father I am so relieved. May all good and positive things happen,” tweeted Madhavan.

Taking to Instagram, Sonam shared an old picture of Aryan with his mother Gauri Khan, with the caption “Finally.”

“When time delivers justice, there is no need for witnesses," Sood said in a tweet in Hindi.

In an Instagram story, Malaika Arora wrote: "Thank the lord," while her sister Amrita Arora shared a family photo of Shah Rukh Khan.

"Congratulations to #AryanKhan and to the other accused for getting bail. I’m so happy that it was finally granted, bro @iamsrk Bhagwan ke ghar mein der hai andher nahi. You have contributed hugely to the fraternity. God bless both you and your family," tweeted Mika Singh.

"I’m very happy that Aryan Khan has gotten bail but also very upset with a system that kept a young man behind bars for more than 25 days for something he never did. That has to change!!! God bless you and be strong Aryan Khan," tweeted Gupta.

Meanwhile, as the news of bail to Aryan spread, fans started to arrive outside Shah Rukh's home amid the presence of nearly 20 cops. Shah Rukh's youngest son, AbRam, was seen waving at the fans from the terrace, reminding many of the actor's annual routine of greeting his supporters on his birthday on November 2.

A group of his supporters were seen flaunting a banner with ‘Welcome back prince Aryan’ written on it. Others carried placards of ‘We love Shah Rukh. We love Aryan’. They also burst fire crackers to cheer the relief of their favorite star, but were later stopped by the cops.
