Bollywood actors Sara Ali Khan and Janhvi Kapoor are pretty serious about their fitness regime. Both the actors are often snapped outside their gyms and even share videos and pictures from their workout sessions.
On Tuesday, Sara Ali Khan took to Instagram to drop a video of them working together, with Sara's trainer Namrata Purohit. The two are seen doing some leg raises, kick backs, squats and more.
"Go with the flow, steady and slow, kick high- squat low. That's how you'll get the golden glow. For better instructions ask Namrata Purohit (Sara's fitness trainer) to show," she captioned the video.
The video appears to be shot during the time the two young Bollywood heartthrobs are in vacation.
