On the occasion of his birthday, the makers of his next film Master released a special poster on Monday. The poster was released at midnight, and has already gone viral.

Directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj, Master also features Vijay Sethupathi, Malavika Mohanan and Andrea Jeremiah.

Nothing significant could be recovered from the search that was on for more than a month. Sources in the department also stated that Vijay had paid the necessary taxes for the salaries that he had received for both Bigil and Master. In the midst of the controversial raids against, Vijay's selfie with fans on the sets of Master in Neyveli had gone viral. Vijay took to Twitter to post the picture which showed him and hundreds of fans behind him. “Thank you Neyveli,” he had tweeted.

In a birthday message for Vijay, Atlee tweeted: "Love him more than me ,respect him ,owe him a lot & without u am nothing naa love u na Wish u many more happy returns of the day na (sic)."

Malavika took to Twitter to wish her Master co-star. She wrote, "To the coolest and most fun co-star I’ve had the pleasure of working with Happy Birthday (sic)."

Wishes are pouring in for the actor who has a huge fanbase. The hashtag #HappyBirthdayThalapathyVijay has been trending since Monday morning.

The actor made his debut as a lead in his father SA Chandrasekhar’s Naalaiya Theerpu in 1992.
