A day after Bollywood actor Aditya Pancholi, accused of raping a woman 15 years ago, was granted interim relief from arrest, details have emerged about the complaint filed against the actor.

According to a report appeared on Mid-Day, the victim, in her complaint, said she was drugged, raped and blackmailed by Pancholi when she was trying to break into Bollywood.

She reportedly claimed in her complaint that she came to Mumbai in 2004 with the dream of becoming an actor. She said she met Pancholi, who was 22 years older than her then and was married with two children.

According to the statement of the woman, accessed by Mid-Day, she said she went to a party with him that year and after a drink, she began feeling dizzy. She claimed that she had a suspicion that her drink may have been spiked by Pancholi.

The woman said when the party was over, Pancholi offered to drop her back and she got into the vehicle with him. After a while, he stopped the car and stared sexually assaulting the her and even took photographs, she claimed.

Further, she claimed that he asked her to be in a relationship with her and threatened to show the photographs to others if she refuses to agree to his demands. She said Pancholi took advantage of her vulnerability and for the next two years, forced her to be in a physical relationship with him.

She said he would visit her apartment and would carry some medicines with him to spike her drinks. She also claimed that he used to attack her.

The victim also said Pancholi's wife Zarina Wahab was aware of the entire episode, but refused to be of any help and said he could carry on with the abusive relationship.

Pancholi's lawyer Prashant Patil had earlier claimed that the woman waited for 15 years after the alleged crime, and filed the complaint only when Pancholi got a favourable order from a magistrate's court in a defamation case he has filed against her.
