DIGITAL MARKETING: Revolutionized Marketing Concepts

digital-marketing

With the pandemic all around, and keeping the social distance as the base the world is running literaly on the digital world keeping all the information on the clouds. Let us analyse the two scenarios Pre-Covid and Post-Covid in respect to the influence on the digital world. Previously, in India, most of the retailers, firms, companies, etc were relying on Direct Physical Marketing like Posters, Pamphlets, etc. These techniques used to help them with a decent amount of sales as well to survive in the market but in the Post-Covid situation where the buyers are preferring to go digital and checking the reviews for all the shops online and paying a visit, it has become mandatory for all the kind of business to create a digital presence. Today, before we go out for dining we first check if the restaurant is sanitized, what is the sanitization process used maybe if the video of sanitization is available etc before paying a visit. The price is not a bar for safety and we prefer to book our table in advance so we do not need to face the hustle in the crowd. This is the phase change in our decision-making that has emerged post the pandemic. This change is not only for a limited crowd but for almost the entire globe new normal. Now, the question rises how to come along with this new normal sitting on the other side of the table. The answer is to go digital but the question remains “How, What, Where” etc.

With the buzz all around, it is very much important to understand what are our needs based on the business that we are doing, scaling of the business, etc. The digitization is both global and local with the advanced algorithm and other platforms. Identify the need, discuss the same with your digital partner. It is not always needed to have an inhouse team but for outsourcing, you must sit with them and have 2 to 3 rounds of discussion as required to understand if the both of you are on the same page. Moreover, just outsourcing doesn’t help, you need to get involved in this in the beginning stages to understand and be assured that the message floating on the digital platform is the same as you want to send out to the global forum for your brand.

As per a recent survey, it has emerged that there is a need of more than 3.5 lakh digital marketers in India alone and the demand is increasing and estimated to cross 6 lakhs by 2022. If we look at our academic institution capacity for the same, then we find the capacity is not more than 1.5 lakhs. Still, there is a shortage of 2 lakh on the present day. When we put the facts and figures in front of Mr Rahul, owner of InventaTeq, he mentioned that to fill this gap it is very much needed that the private firms take up the initiative to provide quality education and make sure that everyone taking up these courses are completing the digital marketing course with certification and are job-ready to perform the duties on Day 1 itself. Rahul who has a vision and has been in the Digital Marketing industry for approximately 14+ years, currently imparting the Digital Marketing trends with his institute InventaTeq in all parts of India mentioned that the current education system is traditional and may not be able to meet up the demand. He mentioned that India needs a 1:2:3:4 education system. If the total time and resources are divided in 100%, then 10 per cent must be used to make the students, trainees understand why the course is needed, its applications, growth factors, ethical approach to the course. The next 20% must be reserved for theory training with real-time examples for the students to learn the course and make themselves comfortable with the course and its approaches. Next, the 30% of the course should be framed in such a way where the students practice all the different combinations with their mentors along with the sample problems to get a hands-on experience before proceeding towards the appropriate certification examination and start applying for jobs. The last but the most important aspect which is 40% must be handled with care, the students must be mentored and allowed to work on real-time and live projects within a small team similar to the company work culture which can be a mix of multi-industry approach. This makes the candidate perfect and he can perform his duty from day 1 on his job.

Rahul made it very clear that he has adopted the same in InventaTeq and has been able to achieve great results. It not only helps job seekers but many of his students have opted to work as a freelancer and some has started their Digital Marketing firms. The trend seems promising and he hopes that all the digital marketing training institutes in bangalore India will follow the same and InventaTeq is determined to help them with their approach.

If we see the larger picture of the approach, then we understand that the students before coming to the industry already has the feel how to work in the 9 to 10-hour shift which makes the phase change for the students very easy. The Digital Marketing concept comprises of website, social media platforms, Search engine optimization, digital data collection and interpretation to take a major decision. Today, the digital world has also become a help in diagnosing the minor issues and identify the exact fault speeding up the servicing sector. Today, if your Smart TV is not performing properly then you can reach the customer care who helps you in identifying the exact problem with the help of the Internet and other small techniques. This helps in giving an estimated cost and speed up the service repairing. Previously, a technician needs to visit then diagnose the same. This is how the data science courses in bangalore in digital world shows the great picture of how the world is transforming towards Artificial Intelligence and its importance in the coming years.
