PM Modi writes book on how students can battle exam stress

Prime Minister Narendra Modi has written a book on how students can battle stress and anxiety in the exam season. It will be released on February 3, and will talk about how different methods like yoga can help them adapt with the same. The book will be published by Penguin.

The description, along with the cover image says that, "Exam Warriors by Narendra Modi is an inspiring book for the youth. Written in a fun and interactive style, with illustrations, activities and yoga exercises, this book will be a friend not only in acing exams but also in facing life."

"Non-preachy, practical and thought-provoking, Exam Warriors is a handy guide for students in India and across the world." The prime minister will address students on February 16, with a lecture on the topic.

Meanwhile, the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) had announced that it will start its student counselling service to address students' exam related anxiety which peaks now around the board exams, due to commence in March.

The tele-counselling service will continue till April 13 and will be provided by a total of "91 principals, trained counsellors, psychologists, and special educators", the CBSE said in a statement.

The board exams for class 12 are scheduled to start from March 5.
