The police are now considering to search the house with corpse sniffing dogs as they fear there may have been children who did not make it out alive.

The development comes right after a a former neighbour of the family when they lived in Texas said that their former home was “waist-deep in filth”. The Trupins had abandoned their house. Billy Baldwin who bought the house described it as 'just nasty '.

Rick Vinyard, who had walked through their trailer in the backyard said, the house was filled waist-deep with filth. There were dead dogs, cats and the smell was simply rancid. The Turpin children were denied food, basic hygiene and medical care.
