England captain Harry Brook's unbeaten century and a fine bowling spell from fast bowler Ethan Bamber and offspinner Euan Woods powered the team to its second successive victory at the ICC U-19 World Cup, with seven wickets remaining.

Bangladesh won the toss and opted to bat. At one point, they were at 27/4 before the first 10 overs were up. However, a 94-run fifth-wicket stand between Afif Hossain and Aminul Islam proved to be a much-needed boost for the team before before they lost the game.

Meanwhile, Namibia lost their third successive game in the U-19 World Cup with their loss against Canada. They opted to bat after winning the toss and even got a good start. But toward the end of their innings, they were bowled out for 193.

Canada's openers were dismissed in successive overs, but captain Arslan Khan and Akash Gill, who scalped four Namibian wickets, contributed to Canada's score and helped their team its first points in the tournament.
