The Sunday night English Premier League (EPL) fixture between Manchester United and Liverpool at Old Trafford was spirited, to say the least. Emotions ran high, especially after the latter netted in the first goal early in the first half — courtesy a James Milner penalty. Manchester United striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic's late header secured a 1-1 draw for a very off-colour home team.
Paul Pogba — who yielded the penalty after handling the ball inside the box — dominated the post match internet chatter, and for all the wrong reasons. Fans all over the world reacted angrily to a clear foul by Pogba on Liverpool midfielder Jordan Henderson.
