Wrestler Narsingh Yadav’s reprieve from the National National Anti-Doping Agency might come to naught as the world body has summoned him for a hearing on the doping scandal that hit had headlines ahead of the Olympics.
“The World Anti-Doping Agency has appealed against the NADA clearance in the Court of Arbitration,” said Rakesh Gupta, chef de mission. No additional information was available from the contingent. If, the WADA rules against Yadav, he could be grounded for four years.
