LIVE: PM Modi addresses Dussehra rally in Lucknow

Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed a public rally at the Aishbagh Ramleela Ground in Lucknow as part of the Dussehra celebrations. This is Modi's first public speech after Indian Army conducted surgical strikes on terror launch pads across the LoC on September 29.

The pime minister was received by Uttar Pradesh Governor Ram Naik and Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav at Chaudhary Charan Singh airport. nion Home Minister Rajnath Singh, who is also the elected Lok Sabha member from Lucknow, and some state BJP leaders were also present at the airport.
