Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Monday taunted Lt. Governor Najeeb Jung for blocking his government's developmental policies, alleging graft and launching random anti-corruption investigations in his plans without any evidence.

Kejriwal in a stinging letter, full of sarcasm, has a note of advice for Jung as "your younger brother".

"No matter how many illegal, anti-people and unconstitutional acts you commit on the orders of (Prime Minister Narendra) Modiji, he is not going to make you vice-president of India".

The chief minister asked the lt. governor to also launch a graft probe into a 100-seat medical college he inaugurated here on Sunday.

"For your kind information, I inaugurated a 100-seat medical college yesterday to commemorate Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar. I would request you to ask your Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) team to register an FIR and get a probe done," Kejriwal said.

"Please ask Prime Minister Narendra Modi to direct the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) to conduct a raid at Health Minister Satyendar Jain's (office and residence) for the crime of completing the establishment of medical in a record time."

"We will be keenly waiting for your ACB and Modiji's CBI."

The chief minister wrote that "some people on this Earth followed the religion of serving the humanity. We are following our religion."

He said others believed in "destruction and blocking good work of others".

"You and Modi, follow your faith."
