Rashtriya Swayamsewak Sangh (RSS) chief Mohan Bhagwat on Tuesday accused Pakistan of encouraging separatist forces in Jammu and Kashmir and demanded strict action against those indulging in violence.

"Pakistan is encouraging separatist forces in Kashmir," Bhagwat said while delivering his annual speech during the 91st foundation day of RSS.

"A large part of Kashmir is free of tension; we must act against those indulging in violence, strict action should be taken," the RSS chief said.

Bhagwat also reiterated that "entire Kashmir is ours including Mirpur, Muzaffarabad and Gilgit-Baltistan".

Few people making small issues big

Bhagwat attacked the opposition parties for making the small incidents into big and urged the people to stay alert from such forces.

"Kaate ko naasur banane ka kaam kar rahe hai (They are trying to make a mountain out of a molehill)," he said.

He also said the few people did not want people to unite and "we need to alert all people from such forces".

"We have to make society aware of this practice so that they don't fall prey to it," Bhagwat added.

'Cow protectors work under law'

Bhagwat came in for the rescue of cow protectors saying they operate under law.

"There are some people who are dedicated to cow protection, it is part of directive principles of state policy," Bhagwat said.

"Gau rakshaks (cow vigilantes) operate under the law, administration must keep in mind; Those who break the law shouldn't be compared to gau rakshaks," he added.

The RSS was launched in September 1925 by Keshav Baliram Hedgewar and its foundation day is celebrated annually on Dussehra day.
