The deposition of Pakistani-American terrorist David Headley via video link continued for the fifth day on Friday at a Mumbai court. The international terrorist made some interesting revelation linked to LeT activities and agenda targeting India.

He said that he was interested in developing close relations with a Shiv Sena member as he thought that LeT would be interested in future to either attack Sena Bhawan or assassinate its head.

He also told the special court that LeT was “unhappy that Mumbai airport was not selected and included as one of the targets in 26/11 terror attacks.”

“LeT leader Zaki-ur-Rehman Lakhvi emphasised that surveillance for 26/11 attacks should be done properly as this was a chance to take revenge for all bomb blasts India had done in the past in Pakistan,” he said.

Headley has been testifying before a special court about the planning and execution of 2008 Mumbai terrorist attacks, for which he recced targets for LeT. He is also been spilling the beans on the terror-outfit's, which operates from Pakistan, previous activities in India.

He is currently serving a 35-year-jail term at a US prison for his involvement in 26/11 attacks, in which American-nationals were also killed.
