Thousands of youngsters are expected to take part in the "Run for Bharat", Midnight Freedom Run, that will be flagged off at Freedom Park in Bengaluru at midnight on Sunday.
The event to commemorate the Independence Day is organised by the BJP's Yuva Morcha and IT cell. The celebration that is set to begin at 9:50 pm will include cultural programmes, followed by unfurling of the India's tricolour by state BJP president B.S. Yeddyurappa and the three-km run.
