Kerala BJP general secretary K.Surendran, on Friday, courted controversy by claiming that the BJP has retaliated to every attack and murder by the CPM.
"Even when we had two per cent vote share, we had retaliated and paid back. Now, our vote share has gone up to 16 percent. We no longer indulge in such activities. But we will stop the CPM, be it in Andhra Pradesh, or Madhya Pradesh or Delhi or Mangalore."
The speech comes right before Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan's scheduled visit to Mangaluru on Saturday, which had elicited massive protests from BJP and Sangh Parivar.
