Undercover ISI agent arrested in Pathankot

Security-Pathankot-Attack (File) Probe is on to find out who his handlers are

Following a tip-off by the Intelligence agencies, the Punjab Police arrested an alleged undercover Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) agent at the Army cantonment in Pathankot.

According to the media reports, the accused, identified as Irshad Ahmad, has been working as a labourer at the spot on the directions of the militant outfit.

The police recovered several photos of sensitive installations of Pathankot cantonment, which is one of the largest military bases of the army, from his smartphone.

Probe is on to find out who his handlers are.

According to one of the Intelligence officials, the arrested accused was given the task of photographing the sensitive equipment and installations inside the cantonment and reaching them to his handler.
