A 17-year-old boy was killed in an accident, after he, along with his friends got into a car race in Jaipur on Friday night.
According to media reports, the victim, identified as Luv Trilokani had sustained serious injuries after his car lost balance while speeding through a 20-km stretch in Beelwa area of the city. Although he was rushed to the hospital, he succumbed while undergoing treatment.
On Friday, the victim and four of his friends decided to organise a race. The race began from Birla Temple and they had set Shivdaspura as their finishing point. Luv's car lost balance near Beelwa and overturned. Although the airbags were inflated, he and his friend Utkarsha sustained serious injuries.
The doctors said he died due to profuse bleeding. Further investigation is under way.
