"Miss me?" Moriarty startles Sherlock fans in the recently released teaser of the series. Does this mean he is back?

The teaser, which was released on Sunday at the San Diego Comic-Con, has piqued the interest of the series' fans as Sherlock says, "Something's coming".

Toby Jones seems to be the latest addition as the new villain. His creepy laugh as Culverton Smith definitely sends chills down the spine. All the familiar characters are back and there is something in the air as each character appears to be on edge, except for maybe John Watson. Sherlock's shocked look raises speculations that Moriarty might have survived and might be back to haunt him.

Fans will have to wait to find out as the series is expected to hit screens only in 2017.
