'Sad' Ben Affleck's reaction to poor Batman v Superman reviews is hilarious

Batman

Hollywood star Ben Affleck seems to have taken the bad reviews to his new film Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice to heart. The actor fell silent as he began musing in middle of an interview, when he was asked about his reaction to the negative reviews for the much-awaited superhero film of the year.

During an interview with Yahoo, both Affleck (Batman/Bruce Wayne) and Henry Cavill (Superman/Clark Kent) were taking questions without a hiccup until their reactions to the reviews were asked.

While Cavill led the response to the question, Affleck remained quite and it was noticed by one of YouTube users. The original video clip of the interview was little tweaked to show Affleck's 'sad' reaction. The edited version zoom in on Affleck backed up by Simon & Garfunkel’s The Sound of Silence song capturing his mood, which can be descried as upset.

The hilarious video has been viewed more than 6 million times and counting in last two days.

Film critics have given a big thumps-down to the film. THE WEEK review, said “The film can be best described as a power-struggle between two vigilantes trying to end the supremacy of the other. The sole purpose of the writers seemed to have been forging a plot that sets a stage for a fight between Batman and Superman and in this process they have compromised a lot on their characters resulting in a weak premise and a weaker plot.”
