Priyanka Chopra topped the list of 50 Sexiest Asian Women, bagging the top spot for a record-breaking fifth time. Last year, Deepika Padukone outpaced Priyanka to claim the title. This year again, Priyanka reclaimed the throne from Deepika who slipped to the third spot this year. Model and television actor Nia Sharma takes the second spot while Alia Bhatt is on the fourth place.

The list was published by Eastern Eye, a London-based weekly newspaper. In an Instagram post, Priyanka thanked her parents. “I should thank my mom and dad for this award...lol! It’s purely their genetics and also the immense love you guys give me every single time which has put me on top of the list 5 times over,” she wrote. 2017 has been quite an eventful year for Priyanka who made her Bollywood debut this year with Baywatch starring Dwayne Johnson. She also two more projects in the pipeline — A Kid like Jake and Isn't it Romantic? Priyanka has won the People's Choice Awards twice for her popular US TV series Quantico, and was featured on the Forbes list of 100 most powerful women.
Asjad Nazir, entertainment editor of Eastern Eye in a tweet said that Priyanka's humility and her being a global symbol for girl power is her sexiest quality.
