The complaint was filed at Ashok Nagar Police Station in Delhi on Monday.

The complaint filed by Ulhas PR states that the anthem was sung incorrectly and was of 1 minute and 22 seconds, violating Union Ministry guidelines restricting 52 seconds for the same.
