Chiranjeevi turns 61, gets special teaser as a gift

Megastar Chiranjeevi, who turned 61 on Monday, was presented with a special teaser from the makers of his upcoming project as a birthday gift. The video introduces viewers to the technical team of the film.

The 52-second teaser introduces Chiranjeevi as a conqueror of millions of hearts and the undisputed king of the Telugu film industry.

On its concluding note, the video highlights that 'Boss is Back', and since the release of the teaser on social media, the #BossIsBack has been trending.

Meanwhile, Chiranjeevi's son and actor Ram Charan Teja paid a special tribute by launching the poster of the film.

Ram Charan, who turned producer for his father's film, is going all out to ensure the superstar's 150th film is remembered by the audience for a long time to come.

"I'm happy to launch the motion poster of my father's 150th film. This is our tribute to the megastar and a special treat to his fans across the globe who are eagerly awaiting the film," the 31-year-old actor said in a statement here.

The makers also officially confirmed that the actor's 150th film, which is currently on the floors, has been titled Khaidi No 150, a remake of Tamil blockbuster Kaththi.

Also starring Kajal Aggarwal, Tarun Arora, Ali and Tanikella Bharani, the film is being produced by Ram Charan.

The film, which is being directed by V.V. Vinayak, will hit the screens during Sankranti festival next year.

Konidela Production Company brought out the official first look motion poster of the movie in association with Lyca Productions.
